H2O, Where Did You Go?

Free K-6 Water Science Assembly

The Rancho California Water District is sponsoring fun complimentary assemblies on several NGSS curriculum topics for grades K-6. If your school is located in the RCWD service area, it may qualify for a free performance of one of our engaging water science assemblies: “Waterology” or “H2O, Where Did You Go?”.

Description:

We offer two different assembly programs from which to choose. They each address many water science educational standards, such as the water cycle and the journey of water. Using humor, music, skits, and audience participation, this engaging elementary school assembly also covers the reasons for water conservation, and how students can be “water-smart”.

Topics Addressed:

  • The water cycle

  • The value of water

  • Where water travels

  • Evaporation

  • How to conserve water
