All That Trash is a musical-comedy show that entertains and educates children with solid science and common sense. This show has no political agenda, because solutions and conclusions are obvious; it is better to conserve our valuable natural resources by reducing consumption and reusing products.

The performers use song, humor and audience participation to communicate and demonstrate concepts about conservation and science. We have a beautiful planet worth preserving.

All That Trash also supports several of the California State Department of Education science content standards for grades K-6. In a fun way, students will learn!

STUDENTS WILL LEARN:

  • Resources from Earth that are used in everyday life and understand that many resources can be conserved.
  • Decomposers, including many fungi, insects, and microorganisms, recycle matter from dead plants and animals.
  • The natural origin of the materials used to make common objects.
  • Living things cause changes in the environment in which they live: some of these changes are detrimental to the organism or other organisms, and some are beneficial.
